This is an update from a previous post regarding Harvey Weinstein’s ongoing criminal trial.

Mr. Weinstein’s defense team rested its case in Mr. Weinstein’s criminal sexual assault trial on Tuesday, February 12. The disgraced film mogul did not take the stand, as his defense attorneys convinced him against it.
